Advantage

QA will check the outlook of the product after finish the test .
2.Online Inspection
QA will test 100% of product for all the function on the online test house ,test the fan motor of power ,frequency ,temperature rise ,rotation ,Hi pot test.
3.QC Room test
QA will check at least 5 pcs the goods by stochastically each hour .
4.Retro table fan Quality Assurance(QA)
QA will check fan grills panel ,before silkprint ,if the fan grills panel have a serious scratches ,QA will select it and put it on the defective area ,then return back to the supplier ,we will not use for production.
5.Silkprint
Silk print one by one and check it is ok ,then put them on the high temperature to make sure the logo is well fixed.
6.Clean
If the Product can pass the above testing ,then the worker will clean the fan before packing .
7.Life test
The unit must be test no less than 30 days without breakdown .
Service
1). Sample Services:
We can offer sample for testing, the buyer pay for sample and delivery cost. If there are formal orders during 6 months from sample date, we can return the sample charges.
2). Sample Ready date:
Within 7 days after receipt sample fee.
3). OEM Services:
We can offer production with customers' brand, of course, using our own brand is ok too.
4). ODM Services:
We can offer ODM services and mould development services if needed.
5). After Sales Services:
We provide 1 year warranty for appliance and free replacement of vulnerable parts within 3 months. We are standby 24 hours online to solve your problem.
